Henan Mining intelligent manufacturing robot family has added a new member - double beam cranes inner seam robot welding workstation.
This workstation is mainly used to realize automatic welding of the inner seam of the double beam main beam. After the basic alignment of the horizontal and vertical loading by manual, the workpiece can be turned over by ±90° through the L-arm hydraulic turning machine, and the robot can automatically locate and weld.

Main features of workstation:
1. Meet the welding of the rib plate and the inner weld of the web (the inner weld of the web and the upper cover plate can also be welded).
2. The inner seam welding of the main beam is realized by laser search plate + robot welding program.
3. The L arm hydraulic tilter is equipped with contact sensing system to automatically locate the workpiece.
4. Set key switch to prevent accidental operation of equipment during loading.
5. The welding program adopts parametric programming, input the size parameters in the demonstrator, and automatically determine the welding position.
6. All motors and key components should be protected against water and dust, and the protection level should reach or be higher than IP54.
Two more stations will be installed next month. The robot welding process greatly improves the quality of welding seams and improves the efficiency of welding crane structural parts, especially in the welding of internal welds.
Traditional manual welding requires workers to drill into the workpiece to weld, smoke, dust, strong light, high temperature under the extremely harsh environment, seriously harm the health of the operator, and the use of robot welding completely avoid such problems.
